Payment
HorizonMerch accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.
Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of Amount
When using a debit or credit card, the amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the money is withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
For debit cards, you can see that the money is reserved on your account, and your available balance will appear reduced. If you or the webshop cancels the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still be valid for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.

HorizonMerch uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by others.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days in Denmark.
HorizonMerch ships goods with the following: GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, PostNord - Chosen delivery point.
Shipping is calculated based on weight.
You can choose to have the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will always receive a tracking number so you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is granted on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.
You will bear any return costs yourself.
The desire to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
The desire to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to marcuseskildsen@gmail.com. The message should clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. This means you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to HorizonMerch to assess the condition of the item.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is granted on products according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The warranty covers all software, material, and manufacturing defects.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to HorizonMerch within a reasonable time after the goods are received. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty is void in case of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.
HorizonMerch covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the House of Boards, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for the House of Boards. The Mediation Team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a rule, it is a prerequisite for complaining that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720 as a rule. The amount limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer with a residence in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
